State of the Art Design
Our in-house truss designers utilize MiTek Industries' software for all truss engineering and designs. MiTek’s engineering program allows us infinite control over the geometry of any truss, and because this software is synced directly to two computer-automated saws, the design to fabrication process is completely streamlined. All code compliant engineering is performed post-cutting, providing a reality-based approach to load specs, lumber design, and connections — plus, the highest level of design flexibility available in the industry.
Technology meets grit with our two Hundegger SC-1 computer automated saws. Perhaps the most versatile and technologically advanced cutting system in the industry, the Hundegger SC-1 can accommodate any wood component size from 1/2" x 1" to 7" x 18". This versatility allows us to build trusses and timber products for a myriad of designs and applications. Material waste and fabrication time are dramatically reduced by the SC-1's precision cutting tools and its ability to sculpt multiple pieces of lumber simultaneously.
